Relax – you are on vacation after all. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are all included* when you stay at the Ranch! So take a load off and let our first rate cooks delight your taste-buds with fresh made meals each day.

Breakfast Menu
Served from 7-9am daily.
Lunch Menu
Served from 12-1pm at the ranch or, if you are going out and about during the day, you can pack a sack lunch.
Dinner Menu
Served from 5:30-6:45pm.
Please Note: Stehekin Valley Ranch does not sell alcoholic beverages. Guests are welcome to bring their own.
Special Diets
We do our best to accommodate folks with special dietary needs, but we do have limited supplies available, no store around the corner, and can only do so much. Here’s what can reasonably be expected:
Vegetarians: Can be accommodated, but it is good to know about them in advance. We have some vegetarian options in our regular fare, and can expand these options to some extent if we know we have vegetarians in camp.
Gluten-free: We can do some to accommodate this, but it is a good idea to bring some supplemental food. We can do a gluten free dessert at dinner and keep gluten out of most non-bread items, but we don’t generally keep gluten free bread on hand.
Vegan: True vegans tend to have a hard time with the buffet style of the Ranch. Green salad and Fruit salad are available, but most of the rest of what we offer in general will have some animal by-product in it.
Other Special Diets: We will do what we can to accommodate other diets, but you will need to be prepared to supplement, as we can’t change our entire menu to accommodate every dietary restriction out there these days. If it is a long list of restrictions, you will probably be rather limited in what you can eat from our general fare.
If you have dietary needs that are going to make eating at the Ranch challenging, we do still encourage you to visit Stehekin. You may find that renting a cabin with its own kitchen is a better option, but we hope you will still stop by and enjoy all that the Ranch and the entire Stehekin Valley has to offer!
*Included meals begin with dinner the day you arrive, and you may pack a sack lunch the day you depart.
Keeping it Fresh
We grow or purchase as much locally grown organic produce as possible. Our goal is to make the Ranch more self-sustaining.
We hope you enjoy the fresh and flavorful treats from our gardens during your stay! We pick berries, fruits and vegetables daily as they ripen.
