Grab this chance of a lifetime while you can! We are looking for one or two qualified Massage Therapists (licensed in WA state) to join us in providing a quality experience for our guests. This is a small operation, focused on improving the overall experience and health of our clientele. If you are a self starter who likes to have some control of your own destiny, this could be a perfect opportunity for you!
Skills: Must be licensed to do massage therapy in the state of Washington.
Duties: Perform massages for guests at the Ranch. Swedish and Deep Tissue massages are the most common requests. A heated cabin with bathroom facilities is provided for massage. You will also be responsible for doing your own massage related laundry (we provide laundry facilities), and keeping the massage cabin clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary items.
While we have other employees who are responsible for promoting activities and getting guests signed up for massages, we do find that a Therapist who is willing to interact with people and promote themselves tends to get more customers. You are your best asset, and a smile goes a long way towards success!
This is most likely a part time position (20-30 hours/week) in terms of massage, due to the amount of client traffic we see. However, this position may be combined with other jobs to create a full time position.
Compensation / Room & Board:
We strive to keep our wages as competitive as possible. Starting wages for massage therapists are $50/hr + tips + room & board, and could be higher depending on your experience. Housing is a private cabin or room, and meals are the same great food we serve to our guests.

This position is a combination of the Breakfast/Lunch Cook job and either the Prep Cook or Dinner Cook jobs. Please refer to those job descriptions for more information.
Applicants for the Swing Cook position should be willing to work 2-3 days per week at each of those shifts (total of 4-5 days/week), and have skills appropriate for both.
Shift hours: 8:00 AM till 11:30 or 12:00. Split shift includes 4:30 till 8:00 or 8:30 in the evening helping with serving and cleanup. 30 hours per week minimum and can be combined with other jobs for more hours.

This is one of our most important positions since the quality of this person’s work will make our customers first impressions. With time off in the afternoons to do other things this is a great position if you like to break up your day with a variety of duties.
